Our companion website landlordeasy.com, is geared to those of you managing your own properties. Services are explained there, and are as follows: credit checks/tenant screening, criminal background checks, letters/mailings, rental property inspections, and tenant billing. There is no contract to use these services, and you pay only once for the particular service.
Leasing agency
Should you desire to not have us monthly manage/landlord your property, but desire our services to help you advertise your property, locate a tenant and screen your tenant, fill out the lease, and then turn all over to you, we can help. Go to our forms menu where you will find the contract and information (click here to view). Using this generally saves you 6 months cost (monthly fees and sign up fees) from having us manage the property for you, but you deal with the tenant after they move in.
